Sunday, April 8, 2018 – 1:00pm
Building on her successful 2016 TAG workshop on dance games, Bethany Formica returns with a new collection of games that use play and laughter to enliven the body in completely unexpected ways. Join in for dance games that develop community, connection and communication skills, and encourage all players to have a blast. We’ll be fixing traffic jams, making mistakes, and multitasking together.
Borrowed from a variety of theater, dance and music artists, these games are adaptable to multiple settings and ages for the dancer and non-dancer. Not serious, not critical, the games encourage a sense of playful human-ism, evoking new ways of thinking, moving, and problem-solving.
