Join Dance TAG for a workshop led by Della Cowall, experienced teacher of movement for actors. Using voice, text, singing and movement, Della will lead participants through game structures and text studies designed to explore meaning-making in movement and choreography. These techniques and explorations, developed from acting, physical theater and dance sources, can fuel artistic inquiry as well as enrich dance teaching. They are lively and fun and are excellent teaching tools for self-exploration and ensemble-building in settings from middle school through adults.
